Overview
Insurance Arnie users are able to create and save job notes with the option to share them with the repairer/supplier/salvage provider as well as to send them to the insurance claim management system via integration.
Current process:
1. An Arnie user, in the View Job screen, can access the Job Notes section
2. The user, adding the notes, has the option to share it with the repairer allocated to the job.
3. The user, adding the notes, has the option to send them to the insurance claim management system via integration.
4. After submitting the notes, a list of saved notes is recorded and available for the Arnie users
