Catastrophe event claims

Claims that have fallen under the catastrophe event need to be processed quickly and may need to bypass standard business-as-usual workflows such as all damage classification details submitted prior to progressing with the claim.

By marking a claim/job with a CAT code these workflow rules are overridden to allow to quick progress of a claim.

A claim can be marked as related to a catastrophe event at creation and a specific CAT entered. Where claims have already been entered, you have the option to update existing claims in bulk using search parameters including claim incident date, location and damage code.

All marked claims/jobs are then available in a catastrophe event worklist.
