Creating a quote using OCR

Assessors can enter a quote on behalf of a repairer when provided a copy either by attaching it Job in Arnie or via email. OCR Quote function will convert a document into a digital quote in Arnie saving you from manual data entry. You then have the opportunity to review, adjust or allocate item type. 

1. Find and copy the document number of the quote to be processed
2. Click the 'Manage job' menu
3. Select the 'OCR Quote' menu options
4. Paste the document number into the Document no field 
5. Click the 'Process' button
6. Verify values and necessary information has been captured 
7. If required: Enter any necessary mandatory fields which are missing or incorrect
8. If required: Drag and drop line items from section to relevant sections 
9. Click 'Submit' at the bottom of the screen
10. Your manual quote has now been created.

Please note that we are aware of some instances where miscellaneous line items are unable to be deleted from the quote.
