Planning for our next release  

Every quarter we bring to you a number of product improvements, fixes and changes requested by you and our users.

We are now working on our next release for June 2024:

Enhanced capacity management and booking capabilities

• Users will be able to manage different weightings for different tasks in Arnie to more effectively manage capacity and workload of their assessing and claims handling teams

• Assessors will be able to reap the reward of more advanced automations with job allocations each day carefully selected by a number of rules including zones, capacities, repairer relationships and routing

• As a result of other workload management improvements, various changes will be made to appropriate worklists to include relevant work and visibility of tasks

Continuous improvement of security and quality control

• Greater management and control of concurrent sessions when editing profiles

• Enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using email for all users

Labour, paint and parts estimating and benchmarking

• An easy to use ‘manual’ quote method or “parts price dump” to support a simple triaging and evidence-based approach to an economic write-off decision

• Easy identification of quotes where labour has changed from the estimating method used by the repairer and their respective quote management system

We are also delighted to present to you:

• Improvements to the ‘View Job’ screen

• Improvements to the ‘Edit Quote’ function

• Improvements to the ‘Edit Invoice’ function

These improvements have been carefully designed to modernise the user interface, improve the usability of key-to-key functions and overall make Arnie Software a pleasure to work with.

We are focused on finding suitable partners to integrate a guided image capture tool to enable damage detection and a parts catalogue(s) for the most accurate pricing data.

Arnie also continues to work with insurers and body shop software vendors to agree on the full requirements for enhanced integrations.

Whilst this is not an exhaustive list of all to come in our upcoming releases, release notes will be distributed to you prior to User Acceptance Testing and a complete insurer-specific list will be provided in your monthly report.
