Refer to Car Buying Service in Arnie

A Car Buying Service is an additional service some insurers provide their customers when they in need of a replacement vehicle (in the event of a total loss claim). Arnie supports this service by sending authorised information to the third-party service provider and manages the referral in one application. 

Refer a job to Car Buying Service

1. View Job in Arnie
2.  Select the 'Assign Job to Car Buying Service' button on the left-hand-side
3. Read and approve the on-screen notification - click 'Submit'

Once the job has been referred, all relevant information will be shared with the service provider either to an Arnie worklist with an approved user login for a third-party service provider or directly to their third-party system if integrated with Arnie. 

Reporting

Data is available for ad-hoc or automated reporting to measure the frequency of service uptake. This report can be shared with a distribution list includes service providers and vendor managers.
