Hire car management in Arnie

Arnie is used to automatically and manually refer customers to a hire car service when in need of a set of wheels as a result of an incident. Arnie's hire car management module includes: 

• Verifying a policyholder's entitlements to a hire car (Y/N and durations)
• Sharing hire car entitlements with a repairer or another third-party provider
• Book and edit a hire car service with a provider

Integrations exist with Budget Hire car which can be extended to other hire car providers in Australia, providing the hire car providers system and resources are available to develop, test and deploy an integration. Arnie will provide these technical specifications when required. 

View policyholder hire car entitlements 

1. View job in Arnie
2. The Claim Information card will show all applicable policy options, including Hire car
3. If a Hire Car is available on the policy, the option to book a hire car will appear in the Job Menu

Quotes and invoices

1. Quotes and/or invoices received from a car hire service provider will appear until Sublet quotes 
2. You may view a Car Rental Invoice from the Job Menu
