Jobs that have been deemed a total loss will have the option to complete a total loss quality inspection. Conducting an inspection does not affect approvals of a job in the system.
1. Navigate to relevant job's View Job screen
2. Click Manage Job button at bottom of the screen
3. Pick Non-Driveable Audit from the listed options
4. On the Non-Driveable Quality Audit screen, pick the Followup date and the Followup Reason under the job information
5. Under the Final Quality Inspection section heading select the Yes or No button to input if the inspection is final or not
6. Select Yes, No or Not applicable under each question listed as relevant
7. Add comments by clicking the + note symbol to the right of the answer buttons
8. Click the paper clip symbol to the right of the answer buttons to attach applicable documents or photos to support the answer
9. At the bottom of the questionnaire, click the Complete button to save the quality inspection
