The first step in the walkthrough is to locate and review job details within Arnie via your To-Do List. This list will display all jobs that have been allocated to you, the repairer by the insurer.
NOTE
In the instance a customer wishes to select a repairer themselves, the job will not be automatically assigned and appear in your To-Do List. To review the steps on pulling an unassigned job click here.
1. Click on the To-Do List from the side menu
2. Locate the job you want to update
3. Click on the Job No
4. Scroll to the Vehicle Information header and select Damage Classification
5. A new screen will open, outlining the details of the damage as recorded by the Assessor
5. Click Back to View Job once satisfied
6. Scroll down to the Add new job notes section
7. Enter your update into the text box
8. Click Submit Notes
