> Update the job as work is completed
After receiving the Repair Authority for a job you can now begin the repair works in the shop. Keeping Arnie up to date in real-time as to the status of the job is completed via the Work In Progress events window.
Book repairs
1. Click on the To-Do List
2. Locate the job you wish to update
3. From the same screen, click Manage in the Work-in-Progress Event column, a pop-up window will appear
NOTE
You can access the same Work In Progress screen link in the Claim Information section of the Job Details screen. This is helpful should you wish to see additional details before adding dates.
4. The first step is to book a repair date. Click on the Repairs Booked field
5. From the calendar that pops up, select the date of repair
6. Click Book to confirm.
7. If the vehicle is yet to be received, click the Close button to exit the screen.
Mark vehicle as received and expected repairs completion
1. Once the vehicle has been received into the shop, click on the To-Do List
2. Locate the job you wish to update
3. From the same screen, click Manage in the Work-in-Progress Event column, a pop-up window will appear
4. Click Vehicle Received
5. Select the date of repair from the calendar
6. Click the Mark Vehicle Received button
7. Click on the Expected Completion Date field
8. Select the date of repair from the calendar
9. Click the Set Expected Completion Date button
10. Click the Close button, to exit the window
Changing the expected completion date is simple:
1. Click on the To-Do List
2. Locate the job you wish to update
3. From the same screen, click Manage in the Work-in-Progress Event column, a pop-up window will appear
4. Click on Revise Expected Completion Date
5. Click Select one
6. Select a reason for the revised date from the drop-down options
7. Click on Revise Expected Completion Date again to save
8. Click the Close button, to exit the window
Update the job as work is completed
1. Click on the To-Do List
2. Locate the job you wish to update
3. From the same screen, click Manage in the Work-in-Progress Event column, a pop-up window will appear
4. Click on Mark as Repair Completed
5. Click the Close button, to exit the window
