What can be done with unmatched documents?
Documents that have been sent via email to an Arnie job with an invalid job number will appear in the Unmatched Documents list to be attached.
- Click on Unmatched Documents from the side menu
- All unmatched documents will be displayed. Click on the document number on the left, to review the document
- Tick the checkbox next to the document/s to select
- Enter the Job number into the field
- Click Validate Job Number button to the left
- If the job number is valid Attached selected job button will enable, click to attach
To delete an unmatched document
- Click on Unmatched Docs from the side menu
- From the Unmatched Docs screen, tick the checkbox next to the document/s to delete
- Click Delete selected
NOTE
Deleted documents are not recoverable.
What reporting is available?
Superusers have access to create reports using an embedded reporting and dashboard tool by Jaspersoft.

A built-in report of Total Loss and Cash Settled incidents is also available under Reports>Incident Reports.
How can I send messages to users via Arnie?
Messages can be pushed to display on an Arnie user's Home page using broadcasts.
- Click on Broadcasts from the side menu
- From the expanded menu click Create Broadcast
- Enter the details of the broadcast including:
- Subject
- Start Date
- End Date
- Content
- Active
- Attachments
- Roles (that the message will display to)
- Click Submit
To review or edit Broadcasts
- Click on Broadcasts from the side menu
- From the expanded menu click List Broadcasts
- View list and click on View, Edit, Clone or Delete next to the broadcast you want to change
How do I update a CAT code on Jobs?
- Click on Update CAT Code from the side menu
- Enter the criteria of the Jobs you want to update
- Results of all Catastrophe Jobs will appear in a list below the search
- select the checkbox under CAT next to the jobs you want to update or select Select All or Select all on this page
- Enter the new CAT code in the top right of the screen and click Update CAT Code or
- Leave blank and click Remove CAT code to delete code from jobs
