How do I create a new recovery company?
New users in Arnie require a profile to be created and permissions assigned. Creating a person requires entering the relevant contact information and selecting which roles and restrictions are relevant to their access.

Click Recovery Companies from the side menu

From the drop-down select Create Company
- Complete the fields to add user details including:
- ID
- Name
- ABN
- Address
- Contact details
- Click Submit

Fields with a red asterisk are mandatory
How do I edit an existing recovery company?
- Click Recovery Companies from the side menu
- From the dropdown select Search Companies
- Locate a company from the list, you can filter the search criteria by:
- ID
- Name
- ABN
- Click on the Company No to the left
- The Company Form appears, select a field to edit the details
- Once all edits have been made click Submit at the bottom of the page
