Arnie provides a large number of integrations with popular quoting and body shop management systems using email and web-based interfaces. Detailed information is available to developers so please register your interest by submitting a request to our support team.
Quote submission
Systems may submit a quote to Arnie using XML payload via email. Arnie will check to ensure that the included details are correct prior to update the insurer's claim. In some cases, the job may not yet be assigned to the repairer. This is an acceptable scenario and the insurer will manage the new quote.
Invoice submission
Once a quote is approved, an invoice can be submitted using a similar XML payload via email. The submission of an invoice to Arnie using an approved interface delivers high levels of process automation for both insurer and repairer.
New Arnie jobs
The Arnie SOAP web service enables repairer systems to be updated with every new job that is allocated. Faster response times, greater automation and improved customer experience are achieved once Arnie jobs appear in the Bodyshop management system as soon as the insurer allocates them.
Repair authority cancellations
From time to time, jobs will be cancelled by the insurer. Email notifications are sent to the repairer when this does occur. Arnie's SOAP web service can be utilised to push notifications to the repairer as soon as they occur, which reduces the risk of works being carried out without the repair authority in place.
Synch job updates with Arnie
Changes initiated by both the repairer and insurer can be synchronised to increase data accuracy without manual effort. Significantly improve awareness of the latest job information by using Arnie's SOAP web service to update the insurer at the appropriate time with the right information.
