Job history is an uneditable audit history of changes to the job, including a description, the type of change, the time of change and the person who actioned it. Claim notes may also be added and made visible by service providers or repairers if necessary.
1. Navigate to relevant job's View Job screen
2. Click the Manage Job button at the bottom of the screen window
3. Select View History from the listed options
4. A list of changes to the Job appears. Information listed includes:
- Change Type
- Description
- Modified Date
- Modified By
5. Click Back to view job to exit
