Overview

Arnie users are now able to upload, into the job file section, multiple files at the same time as well as take images for onsite inspections directly in Arnie. (Please note that the images and pictures included below are mock-ups, and the final design can be slightly different).

Current process:

Process steps multiple files upload:

1. Users can access the Job Files section in the view job screen.

2. In the Job Files section, users can select to upload documents.

3. In the upload file screen, users can either choose and select multiple files to be uploaded or drag multiple files from their devise to be uploaded, as well as set images for repairer visibility.

4. Users can then decide to remove some of the files, add file description and/or upload the imported files into the job view

Process steps take images for onsite inspections directly in Arnie:

1. In the Job Files section, users can select to take photo.

2. In the upload/take photo screen, users can take multiple photos of the vehicle damage directly via Arnie during an onsite inspection.

3. Users can then add description of the taken photos, delete the photo, set images for repairer visibility, and/or upload the photos into the job view.
