Welcome to Arnie! This walkthrough will guide you through the basics of Arnie including navigating the system and locating and updating jobs.
What is ARNIE?
Arnie streamlines auto repair claims tracking for insurers by automating workflows, linking key stakeholders, repairers and industry data, car valuation guides and parts lists into one centralised claims platform.
How do I log in?
When you are created as a new user you will receive a 'Welcome to Arnie' email in your inbox prompting you to create a password for your account.
- Click the Activate Account button. The Activate Account page will open in your web browser. At the same time, an email containing a verification code will be sent via email.
- In your email inbox, look for the verification code email and copy the code.
- Enter the verification code, enter a new password and confirm it by repeating it. Click Change password.
Arnie can be accessed in future from the product website or directly at https://app.arnie.com.au/login.do.
Note
If your organisation has enabled Single Sign-On (SSO) you will not be prompted to create login credentials.
Can I use my mobile or tablet?
Yes, we have a simple-to-use app to enable you to easily capture necessary information and assess a vehicle on-site. Arnie Mobile can be accessed here at https://mobile.arnie.com.au/
