How do I locate an existing Job?
Can be completed by users with the role(s): All roles (except Repairer)
- Click Search Jobs from the side menu
- Enter a Job No, Claim No, Registration or Zone
- Click Submit to filter search results
The search can also be accessed by clicking on the magnifying glass icon in the right-hand corner of the screen.
NOTE
You can refine your search by selecting the Advanced Filters option. This will allow you to search for jobs by other parameters including Date, Repairer, Job Status or Assessor.
How do I register a Job?
Jobs can be registered in Arnie in one of two ways. Jobs can be created by a user directly in Arnie by a user with the relevant role and details entered or created via an integrated third-party system where the job details are already registered.
Can be completed by users with the role(s): Assessor, CSO, Workflow, Admin, Superadmin
- Click on the Job Registration from the side menu
- Enter Claim No at the top of the form
- Select Authorisation option from the dropdown to the right
- OK to Proceed - Typically refers to straightforward claims with low-risk factors
- Without Prejudice - Typically refers to high-value or high-risk repairs that require further review Tick relevant checkboxes and complete amounts (Excluding GST unless otherwise stated and in AUD)
- Select the Assessment Type from the drop-down options on the right. The type selected determines the process a job follows according to the specific business logic.
- Driveable - The vehicle is in a drivable condition
- Non-Driveable - The vehicle is not in a drivable condition
- Rapid - The vehicle is in a drivable condition, repair needs to be expedited
- ND-Rapid - Vehicle is not drivable, repair needs to be expedited
- Total Loss (Pending) - Vehicle is a suspected write-off
- Enter the claimant's name and contact details in the relevant fields
- Complete vehicle information including party, registration and damage
- Tick the Repairer Visible checkbox to make it visible to repairers, it will be hidden if left unselected
- Click the Submit button to register and generate a job number
NOTE
Each job has an assessment type. An assessment type determines the process a job follows according to the specific business logic
Orders that have been registered without prejudice require internal escalation and assignment to a senior assessor to review.
Once the job number has been generated you will be provided quick links to:
- Job Registration - To register additional Jobs
- Print Worksheet - To print a worksheet assessment of the vehicle
- View Job - To review newly registered Job and/or complete the assessment or further details
- Allocate Assessor/Repairer - Assign who will be completing the assessment and the repairs
What communications does the claimant receive?
Email and SMS notifications are automatically sent to claimants to inform them of the progress of their vehicle repair and are triggered by the following actions:
- A repairer is allocated
- The first primary quote is authorised
- A repair authority is issued
- A repair authority is cancelled
- To resend an SMS/Email navigate to the relevant job's View Job screen
- Scroll down the page and click on the Edit Claimant Information link on the left
- Click on the SMS/mail customer button
