How do I add view and add documents?
All file types are supported and can be uploaded to a job. Images uploaded will display as a thumbnail, clicking it will display as a full-sized image. To view the document, click the Document Number or hover your mouse to see a preview.
Can be completed by users with the role(s): All roles (except Repairer)
- Navigate to relevant job's View Job screen
- Scroll down the job to locate Files Associated With This Job
- Click on the Upload Documents link below the table
- Click File, to browse your files and select
- Enter a description below
- Click Upload, once finished loading files
- To update the description of an image after uploading, click on the image from the View job screen
- Update the image description in the supplied field
- Click Update
NOTE
Users have the option to toggle between 1, 3 or 10 documents available to upload at a time
Documents/photos can also be uploaded automatically to jobs by sending them to a dedicated email with the Job number referenced in the subject. See how here. Documents that have been sent to Arnie with an invalid job number will appear in the Unmatched Documents list to be attached. These can only be managed by CSO, Workflow and Superadmin roles. Where do I review and submit notes and Job history?
Notes can be added to a job for reference. System notes, including the deletion of files, and emails sent and received, also appear in the job notes area.
Can be completed by users with the role(s): All roles
- Navigate to relevant job's View Job screen
- Scroll down to the Add new job notes header
- Enter update into the text box
- Tick the Repairer Visible checkbox, if required
- Click Submit Notes
NOTE
Job notes will be automatically hidden from the repairer unless the Repairer Visible checkbox is ticked before submitting.
Job history is a summarised list of changes to the job, such as allocations and status changes, including a description, the type of change, the time of change and the person who actioned it.
- Click the Manage Job button at the bottom of the screen window
- Select View History from the listed options
