How do I generate a vehicle valuation report?
Can be completed by users with the role(s): Assessor, External Assessor, CSO, Total Loss, Superadmin
Vehicle details are entered to ensure the parts and prices are checked against the correct make and model.
- Click the Edit Vehicle button at the bottom of the View Job screen
- Enter the additional vehicle condition details as required
- Vehicle condition
- Colour
- Odometer
- Reason for condition
- Click the Select Vehicle tab, next to Edit Vehicle
- Search for the vehicle one of the two ways listed below, each option will filter the results of the drop-down below it e.g. Year from, Make, Model.
- Enter in NVI Code, by clicking on the title
- Enter in the manufacturing details by filling in the drop-downs
- Review the search results and select the link of the correct vehicle, this will populate and display the Edit Vehicle Details screen
- Click the Submit button
- Scroll down View job screen and click on Edit Vehicle Details under Vehicle Information header to reopen
- Click the Vehicle Valuation tab next to Select Vehicle
- Complete the Vehicle Valuations amounts and kilometre adjustment
- Click the Create Used Vehicle Report button

Where do you complete your damage classification?
Can be completed by users with the role(s): Assessor, External Assessor, Superadmin
Damage Classification is required before repairs can be authorised. A diagram will display based on the vehicle type e.g. car, motorcycle, boat. To complete the damage classification in Arnie to see below.
- Navigate to relevant job's View Job screen
- Scroll down to Vehicle Information and click on the Damage Classification link
- Locate damage location/s on the diagram and select the damage classification from the drop-down:
- LP – Light Panel
- HP – Heavy Panel
- LS – Light Structure
- HS – Heavy Structure
- M – Mechanical
- Damaged
- Stolen
- Complete the damage checkboxes and dropdown information under the diagram as required
- Enter a written description of the damage for repair in New Damage field by clicking on it
- Click on the Submit button to save
- If there is pre-existing damage on the vehicle click on the Old Damage tab
- Click into the relevant damage area on the diagram of the vehicle and select the type of damage from the drop-down options:
- Scratch
- Dent
- Chip
- Rust
- Pre rep
- If the vehicle is written off, click on the WOVR Details tab
- Select 1st Incident Type Code from the drop-down
- Click into the relevant damage area on the diagram of the vehicle and Additional Damage Locations table and select the type of damage from the drop-down options using the severity codes displayed to the right of the diagram
- Select 2nd Incident Type Code from the drop-down if applicable
- Click on the Send WOVR button, a confirmation window will appear with any PPSR checks to consider before sending WOVR
Details can also be collected manually to be later entered into Arnie by printing the Assessment worksheet. The read-only form is pre-populated from the job and can be printed and used by an Assessor to assess and record information.
- Navigate to relevant job's View Job screen
- Click Manage Job button at the bottom of the screen window
- Select Print Worksheet
- A pop-up window appears displaying the related vehicle type Assessment Worksheet for the Job, follow the printing prompts
