How do I mark a job for an audit?
All jobs can be marked for an audit anytime after it has been allocated. Any quotes or invoices that have not already been approved will not be able to be authorised. Jobs that have been marked under audit will be listed as Yes under the Audit field on the View job screen. They will also be available in the Audit Jobs area from the side menu.
Can be completed by users with the role(s): Assessor
- Navigate to relevant job's View Job screen
- Click Manage Job button at the bottom of the screen
- Pick Select for Audit from the listed options
NOTE
Your account can/may be configured to automatically select all jobs that have been marked as a cash settlement for audit.
How do I action/complete an audit?
Can be completed by users with the role(s): Assessor
- Navigate to relevant job's View Job screen
- Click Manage Job button at bottom of the screen
- Select Audit Information from the listed options
- On the Audit Information screen, select an Auditing Type from the drop-down menu, the information displayed for collection will change depending on the audit type selected below.
- Quality inspection
- Repair
- Cash settlement
- Total loss
- Enter responses to each listed question and enter comments
- Click Save to update the information entered and leave the job status as under audit or Click Approve to submit and remove the job audit status
What other audits can be completed?
There is various type of audit types in Arnie including:
- Quality inspection audit
- Repair audit
- Cash settlement audit
- Cost audit
- Driveable audit
- Non-Driveable audit
Each type of audit has its own questionnaire to be actioned in order to complete the audit. The configuration of the questionnaires can be customised by an Arnie team member to reflect the organisation's requirements.
- Cost audit - Audit the costs of serval jobs based on set criteria
- Driveable Audit - Audit Jobs that have had repairs conducted and complete a quality inspection
- Non-Driveable Audit - Audit Jobs that have been deemed a total loss and complete a quality inspection
