SSO is an additional function that can be configured for your organisation. It is configured by your IT team in coordination with the Arnie team.
Requirement:
- Users must have the same email address that is used in their identity provider services (IdP), E.g. Okta, OneLogin, and Azure AD.
- User must access insurer-specific SSO Arnie URL e.g. https://arnie.com.au/sso/insurer
1. User must access their new Arnie URL
2. If already logged into IdP, the user will be logged into Arnie immediately
OR
2. If not already logged into IdP, the user will be prompted to log into their IdP, then redirected to Arnie
NOTE
Once logged in the SSO Login? option will have automatically been selected on their profile, the user will now only be able to access Arnie via SSO, the password option will be removed.
To manually remove the SSO option (not recommended):
1. Click People from the side menu
2. From the dropdown select Search People
3. Locate the relevant user from the list and click on their Person No to the left
4. In the top right-hand corner deselect the checkbox next to SSO Login?
5. Click Submit
