Resetting your password for Arnie is quickly achieved if you have access to your email inbox. Follow these steps or speak with a member of the Customer Support team if you suspect that your email details have changed.
1. Navigate to app.arnie.com.au
2. Click the blue Forgot your password link at the bottom of the screen
3. Enter either your username or email address
4. Click Submit.
You will receive the verification code at the email address associated with your Arnie user profile.
NOTE
The email will have the subject "Your Arnie verification code" and be sent by the email address 'no-reply@verificationemail.com'. Some users have reported the email going directly to the spam folder, so please check there.
6. Copy the code
7. Enter the code on the Update Password screen
8. Enter in your new password, repeat in the confirm password field
New passwords must be 8 characters total and include at least one capital letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character (such as !#$%)
9. Click Submit
