Verification code email has not been received
In some cases, the verification code email may be routed to the recipient's spam or junk folder. Check these places before getting in touch with the insurer system administrator via the assessor or claim management team to check the accuracy of the email address on your user profile.
The verification code has expired
"The verification code you entered has expired. Please click the 'Forgot your password' link again (below) to request a new verification code and reset your password within 24 hours."
Once the user has submitted a request to reset a password, the expiry of the verification code begins. After 24 hours, the verification code expires and the user must click the 'Forgot your password' link again to request a fresh verification code.
Email address is not recognised
"An active user with this email address was not found in the system."
This email address is not registered. Speak with the insurer's system administrator via the assessor or claims management team to have your Arnie profile updated with the correct email address.
Deactivated user account
"Your account has been deactivated. Please contact the Support Admin to activate your account."
This user is currently inactive and cannot gain access to Arnie until they have been reactivated. Speak with the insurer's system administrator via the assessor or claims management team.
Nothing is working! Help!
